Lazy days were the best days in Miska’s mind. He had always been prone to laziness, something that his father had also been well accustomed with, from what he understood. Lazy days involved giving him the ability to stay in bed, to read, to listen to his music as loud as he wanted to and just do nothing. No one would question if he didn’t eat, or went through half a pack of cigarettes in his room, or decided to just work on music. Yes, a lazy day was the best day and today was one of the better ones, which is why Miska found himself dragging his lithe body out of his warm bed at what Miska assumed to be about noon, cold air tingling on his pale skin as he began to stretch his nude body. After a few moments of stretching, Miska managed to find a pair of sleeping pants that hung a little too low on his hips (which he preferred) and an oversized t-shirt before sleepily stumbling into the living room.

His heavy lidded eyes scanned the living room, still unaccustomed to the idea that he and Jae had this entire house to themselves. It was almost like they were a married couple, which brought a rosy blush to his cheeks as the thought lazily floated by. It took him a few moments to realize that there was a popping noise coming from the kitchen, his mind ultimately more focused on the horror overture that was coming from the television. Slowly, Miska managed to plop himself on the couch and pull his legs to his chest. Maybe Jae would want to watch the movie with him. Yes, maybe he would… considering they were dating now (a foreign thought that made him blush more than the previous notion that involved intimacy) and couples were supposed to do that sort of stuff.

And that was how Miska spent the next few moments, laying on the couch with a lighthearted smile on his blush tinted face as he waited for Jae to return from the kitchen.
