Chad Richardson had chosen that day to visit the mall, not for any particular reason. He figured he could buy a thing or two, maybe some new outfits or a new mp3 player. Of course he already had an mp3 player, but the newer model had come out a month ago and Chad always liked to be on top of things, like owning the most expensive and up to date gismo he could get his hands on.

Chad was wearing a clearly high end outfit, which consisted of a white shirt, a grey jacket, and matching slacks topped off with black sneakers and a black necklace around his neck. His hair was done up nicely and come back, and he looked as he usually did—like a million bucks.

He stopped just outside of the Apple store, pausing at the display, pondering the newest model of the iPod. He had an iPhone—why did he need an iPod? Because he had money to spend and nothing to buy, that was why!

He pulled put his phone as he got a text, seeing it was from someone he knew, he leaned right against the map of the mall, blocking it with his back as he replied, fingers swiftly trailing across the screen as he ignored the occasional glares of people who had wanted to glance at the map but bypassed him. Wasn’t his problem, right!

Ugh! Some people could be so irritating at times, namely sore clerks who didn't know what they were talking about or didn't even know of the products that were held in their store. Idiots. And here she thought the mall was better than the little shopping area that was in town. Well, actually it was since the mall carried better, more expensive things, and generally she didn't run into the every day run of the mill commoners who liked to loiter around, cluttering the oxygen with their disgusting breath.

What ever though; she just decided that she wouldn't go back to that store again, or at least until they got competent enough employees. Besides, that hadn't been the store she had originally planned on going into anyway. It just so happened to be in her line of vision, and she decided to venture into it. No, she had heard that a new store had open up, a new clothing and accessory store for that matter, and she was very curious about it. The magazines and other things she had heard about it told her that this was probably a place she would visit regularly. She needed a new purse anyway, and with a new purse came a whole new outfit, as well as accessories to go with it, and if one place had all of that, then it would work for her. As long as the things weren't cheap.

But she first needed to figure out where this place was at, and as she as walked her way over to the map, her heels clicking against the ground as she walked, she couldn't help but notice the glances that people gave her. It made her smirk, if only because she was used to being noticed, but it always made her feel good nonetheless. And she even had a new outfit too, so it was all the better. When she made it to the map, however, only to see someone standing right in front of it, Chardonnay rolled her eyes. Why did this boy look familiar? Yes, he definitely was a looker, but she felt as if she had seen him before. Where, she didn't know. Probably school?

"You know you're not made out of glass, right?" She spoke, her brows raising as she put a hand on her hip. "So move; you're blocking the way of the map."

Chad continued to text away, completely unconcerned that he was blocking everyone’s view of the map. Once he finished one text, which had been a friend of his asking if she could join him, he decided to check up on an app. Maybe play a game or two—hell, he had time to kill! But he was interrupted by a voice and his head shot up, only to look at a very pretty girl who had actually called him out about standing in front of the sign. He smiled at her and put his phone away, deciding he’d just continue the game later.

“Oh, sorry! I didn’t know that I was blocking the map.” He said, pausing to look at her with a more flirtatious smile. “You know, you look familiar. I think I’ve seen you around-- I’d recognize that pretty face anywhere—you’re a student over at Metric, right? I am too! I’m Chad Richardson.”

He stepped out of the way of the map, allowing her to look it over but not exactly leaving the area. He didn’t have anywhere else to go and besides, he wanted to see if she would be friendly or not!

Chardonnay rolled her eyes. Right, of course he hadn't realized that he was standing in front of the relatively big sized map because it was just something that could be so easily missed. Yeah, this guy seemed like a piece of work, and the flirtatious smile that crept across his face only seemed to further her point. Though, she had to admit, it was nothing short of flattering, and always had she loved attention from anyone really, whether it be flirting or not. Still, something seemed much too easy about that smile.

And then he said his name, which just answered all her questions she had about the boy. "Chad Richardson, the resident playboy at Metric. Now I know why you looked so familiar." She crossed her arms as she smirked, giving him a bit of a sly look. So Metric is where she had seen him from! And heard of him from too, given that it seemed as if just about everyone, or at least the girls, knew of him. And she had heard so many stories about him as well. "I'm Chardonnay Nicholas, a student at Metric as well, so yes, you were right." She shook her head and snorted a bit before raising her brows at him.

"It's surprising to see you here without a girl, or a few of them for that matter given what I've heard about you. What? Losing a little edge on your game?" Her tone came out as mocking, purposely at that.

“Oh! You know me!” Chad said, his eyes widening and his smile becoming more natural as he laughed pleasantly, not a stranger to girls knowing exactly who he was and generally what his intentions were. She didn’t seem to recoil or get disgusted by him though, so he took that as a good sign and just put his hands in his pockets. “Then again, it’s kind of hard not to know me. Chardonnay... like the wine? That's a really unique name." Chad commented, liking it already. But he'd heard the name before. "Wait... were you that Chardonnay who got caught making out with that grumpy guy who wears plaid a lot in the storage shed?" He asked, furrowing his brows, finding it impossible to picture this girl with anyone like that. Rumors got stretched out of proportion all the time, after all. "I hope not, you deserve a lot better."

When she raised her eyebrows at him and called him out on his playboy ways, questioning why he wasn’t with a girl, Chad shrugged, deciding that if the rumor was important it would come right back to him shortly.

“Well it’s lucky I’m not, because you’d outshine any girl I was here with in a heartbeat. I wouldn’t want to make a poor girl jealous, now would I?” He asked with a casual shrug, “There is another girl coming, but she’s a little young for me, simply friends. I’m completely available right now, actually, just browsing for something to buy.”

Her smirk slowly turned into a smile as she listened to Chad compliment her, her ego definitely inflating as she listened to his words. Well, that was until he brought up that incident. That bitch! Why did Amy have to start that rumor?! The incident hadn't been mentioned in so long, and right when she herself had almost forgotten about it someone else just had to bring it up. And of course it had to be someone like him. "We were not, absolutely not, making out! Nothing happened there, and nothing will ever happen between that jackass and I!"

At least he knew she deserved much better that Arthur, to which she agreed with fully and passionately. No one should have to deal with the prick, and she definitely didn't deserve to have spent that entire night with him, or have those rumors spread around about her. Ugh, who did people think she was? A sad, easy girl who would want to hook up with just anyone, someone like Arthur? Yeah right, she would never degrade herself to doing something that low.

She brushed a bit of her hair back out of her face, sighing heavily as she tried to alleviate the aggravation she felt from having that situation brought up again. What ever though, she knew what happened, which was nothing, so why did it matter? Actually, it still did matter, to her anyway.

But Chad's words quickly pushed away her irritation, slightly, and it brought back a little of her smile. So, this boy really was as smooth as he was said to be. "Right, and I'm sure I'm not the only girl you've told that to before, though I can completely understand how someone can be jealous of me. I mean, just look at me." She rose her head up a bit, becoming more proud as she spoke. "A little young for you? Well, at least you have your limits... But browsing for something to buy? Or do you mean browsing for a girl to pick up?"

That incident definitely did not settle well with Chardonnay, and Chad figured that much out when she got pissed when he brought it up, furiously denied it, and he felt a bit of relief. Oh, good, it would have been a problem if she had gotten offended he said such a thing. Still, after even acknowledging her for more than a minute he assumed right, that it was wrong.

“Oh, thankfully I was right. I thought you were better than that. You’re out of his league, anyway. So I knew it was ridiculous.” He flashed her a grin and leaned back. He definitely had to talk to Amy about this later! These rumors were obnoxiously untrue! But still, he wanted to know exactly how she’d come to this revelation. He was curious for the truth, not exactly justice. It wasn’t his problem after all!

Still… he wasn’t lying. She was definitely the classy type, the type who wouldn’t be interested in idiots who only cared about school. She was definitely his type. And as far as he was concerned that meant anyone else was rendered pretty obsolete because it was Chad they’d always be compared with!

Chardonnay sure seemed to bounce back pretty quick, though. She sure seemed to like compliments, just like most girls. She seemed on a whole different level though, when she literally stuck her nose up in the air and spoke proudly.

“You doubt my compliments and standards so much? I’m hurt. I may compliment all of the girls I talk to, but you know, I wouldn’t say that to just anyone; not all of the girls are as confident as you are, you know, confident enough to intimidate others? Only a very confident girl can pull that off. And I just thought it was worth noting.” At her last comments Chad laughed, throwing his head back. “Oh no, why would I buy someone? I’m not that desperate. I actually wasn’t planning on looking for any girls to spend time with today. You’re the only one who stands out here, after all.”

Well, actually Chardonnay had a pretty good idea as to why the rumor started. Sure, her mouth could be too big at times, and sure she could call people out to be what they were, such as when she called Amy a bitch, but still that gave her no right! Yeah the situation might have looked a bit scandalous, but had she actually used her mind and thought about it, she should have known that someone like herself would not be with someone like that jerk, especially not in a closet.

"Just trying to get more attention for herself," she mumbled, turning her head slightly to the side before she turned her attention back to Chad. She let her arms fall and rested them against her hips as she gave a short laugh. "Well, your noting of my confidence is right," she shrugged. "But still, I do doubt your attempts at flirting since you do do this often, or so I'm told anyway. It is flattering, though I mean it is only natural for someone to want to compliment me, but I won't fall for your game. Too many guys like you have tried." She would still take their compliments, yes, but to fall for it? Not a chance.

Not actually looking to have a girl to spend the day with? That was a shock, to her anyway, but it made her laugh a bit nonetheless.

“Well, Amy’s always had an obsession for being the center of attention. She probably just wanted to get everyone talking about something she walked in on. Or thought she walked in on. You’re definitely right about her.” Chad said, not caring at all that he knew Amy and talked to her on a frequent basis, yet here he was, talking behind her back. It wasn’t like he was saying something that was wrong, anyway! And he didn’t care that much about Amy or her feelings, either.

“Aw, and what’s the harm with flirting? Isn’t it nice to be complimented like this? You sure seem to love it. I’m sure I’m not the first, but no doubt I’m the best.” When she laughed, he grinned in response. “You may not fall for it, but that doesn’t mean I’m not allowed to try, right? I mean, I’d be an idiot not to. You’re easily the most beautiful girl in this building.”

Meanwhile, a tiny blonde girl had just arrived at the mall, having taken the bus to get there. She didn’t have a chauffeur, and no one she knew could drive. Shyanne Voll walked into the two story mall wearing a red shirt and a white skirt that was very short. Shyanne was small, but her legs seemed longer due to her black heels. In her hair was a floral headband, and a rose the same color as her top sat on the right hand side of the band. She looked very young, but her outfit fit her well and she filled it decently. She had makeup on her face, not too thick but enough to bring out the black lashes surrounding her eyes and some eye shadow to match her top.

She had met Chad through her social circle; of course she wasn’t particularly close to him but he was definitely someone that Shyanne thought was attractive. She had the habit of always texting people and it was through her pursuit of texting him that she’d discovered that he was currently at the mall, and had even told her where he was! She checked her reflection in her iPod camera, making sure she still looked cute. Of course, she did!

She eventually reached the map Chad and Chardonnay were at, but paused when she saw the girl. She didn’t know Chardonnay or how she was related to Chad, but she was really pretty! Shyanne was a little jealous—she wanted to fill out a dress like that! Right now she just looked good in these cutsey outfits… a flowy dress like that was totally awkward on Shyanne! She decided to disguise her curiosity by slipping into a nearby shop, pretending to window shop. She didn’t just want to run over and be that weirdo! She had to make a good impression! They were her upperclassmen, after all, and Shyanne wanted to be ‘in’. Shyanne examined a pink scarf as though it was the most interesting thing in the world, waiting for her opportunity to leave the shop and walk over to Chad like it was nothing.

Chardonnay snorted. "She need to mind her own damn business, especially if she does this constantly." She rolled her eyes then before deciding to drop the subject. There was nothing she could do about it now, and just thinking about it was making her more frustrated about the situation. She just wanted to leave that behind her and just leave it in the past, though she would never stop defending herself about it. Yeah, she had a hard time letting things go.

"There's nothing wrong with flirting; I actually love it, especially when it's directed my way." Then again, who didn't like being complimented and flirted with? Probably people who had no self esteem or just people who found themselves too unattractive to actually have people flirt with them. Oh, it must be a pity to have to live life like that. "But no, you're definitely not the first, but maybe not even one of the best, but close." She shrugged. It's not like she really judged who complimented her anyway. She just took the compliments, agreed with them, and then usually left them alone unless they wanted to continue with their compliments. "But I do love what you say! I mean, I know I'm beautiful, so at least we know that you can see properly."

Chad glanced back at Chardonnay, feeling his eyebrows raise at her words. He had not been wrong when he assumed her confident! And she was pretty unconvinced, too! Chad had to laugh when she said he probably wasn’t the best.

“Aww. I’m not the best? I guess I’ll just have to try harder to impress you. I’m not surprised you’re used to people like me, though. I’ll have to give them one thing—they do have good eyes.” He grinned at her last words. They were so arrogant, it was astounding! That really was all girls cared about, huh? Being beautiful. Not that he blamed them, he was no better. What else mattered besides looks in this world, anyway?

It was then that Shyanne decided to make her presence known by exiting the store with a bag in her hands (apparently she had purchased the scarf) and walking over towards Chad and Chardonnay.

“Chad! Hi!” She said brightly, coming to a halt beside him, her eyes looking over at Chardonnay. She was a few steps behind the blond boy. “I’m Shyanne. I like your dress, it’s cute. Nice to meet you!”

Chardonnay rolled her eyes but quickly averted them back to Chad as he heard another voice come into the vicinity, one more high pitched. This girl... She hadn't seen her before. "Well this is new, but I think it's a little more elegant than cute." She spat out, raising her brows to the girl before she glanced back at Chad. "So, this is the younger girl you mentioned? How cute, you're associating yourself with someone so... Little teen like." Again, she gave another shrug of the shoulders, her tone coming out mocking.

“Oh don’t worry about that, I’m very stubborn.” Chad replied with a grin. Hey, he always liked a willing challenge! Besides, flirting wasn’t always fun when the girls immediately fawned all over him. The confident ones were more fun to try to impress anyway, and more worth it if it worked out.

When Shyanne came over, Shyanne pouted a little at Chardonnay’s reaction to her compliment. Chad laughed it off, though, and gently patted the blonde on her shoulder before returning his hands to his side.

“Yeah! I met her on her first day. She’s a pretty talented kid, you know, and likes to hang around some mutual friends. Shyanne, this is Chardonnay.”

“Hmmm… you’re a little cold, aren’t you? Are you, like, rich?” Shyanne immediately asked, assuming the high strung attitude of Chardonnay’s was a symbol of wealth. Of course she she wasn’t rich, she was popular, and so despite the very rude and mocking reaction to her compliments Shyanne’s interest was peeked. “Because you totally look it, like, I saw that dress in a store, and it was really expensive. I think.”

Chad shrugged when Shyanne briefly looked at him, as though for backup on the price of the dress. Chad didn’t know anything about dress prices!

Highly doubtful.

But she did take into account what Chad said, though she had many reasons to doubt his judgement, despite the fact that she had just recently met him. "Oh really now? So what do you do, if you're as talented as Chad says?"

Chad leaned back against the map, this time not blocking it completely. Still, because the trio was conjugated in front of the map it wasn’t like anyone else could see it. Not like anyone else mattered, though.

When Chardonnay asked about what she did Shyanne swelled with pride, flicking her hair back. “I sing! Mostly, anyway. I’m a performer, you know! I’ve been in musicals before. I’ve gotten awards, even, despite how young I am! That’s why I was asked to attend Metric. What about you? You’re a student, you must have a cool talent. Right?”

She began to twirl a lock of hair between her fingers.

"Well that explains it," Chardonnay said with a small nod in response to Shyanne's first comment. It was only natural for someone who hadn't been at the school long to not know many people, but still Chardonnay did find it a bit irritating to think that even she wasn't known. Hmm, she was going to have to change that, but the girl knew her now, so it was no issue. So long as Shyanne continued to know who she was anyway, then there would be no problems unless the girl disrespected her in any kind of way. Then they would have a problem.

So, this girl was a performer? Hmm, while Chardonnay didn't necessarily take too kindly to anybody in the performance curriculum, she had to admit that if this girl had already gotten awards then she must be doing something right. Or maybe she could just be mediocre compared to the people here, given how most people enrolled in this school excel in their talent in some type of way. Oh well, performing wasn't that impressive to Chardonnay anyway, mostly because of her dislike of actors because she figured that those were some of the most fake people in the world. "A performer... Humph."

She shrugged her shoulders before smirking a bit. "I'm in a culinary arts program at the school. You know, cooking only the best meals that people could ever taste, creating my own recipes, getting praised for the things that I make. It's definitely a much more grueling thing than singing and acting." Again, that smug look came across her features.

Shyanne puffed her lips when Chardonnay put down the idea of being a performer. Being a performer was amazing! The spotlight was always on you, and you owned the stage! You went out there and impressed people, and for an hour or two, everyone was focused on you. It was amazing! She would have normally defended her talent, but she wanted to be what Chardonnay was. One glance over at Chad and she knew that Chardonnay was easily the queen of the popular side of the school, and that was where Shyanne wanted to be!

“Yeah! A performer! I love the spotlight, you know! It’s so much fun! It’s just a talent I was born with, you know! And they totally like me, so, I just do it!” She said in response to the jabs against the profession, and Chad rose his eyebrows at her unusually calm response. Shyanne had found the person she was going to look up to and aspire to be, even he could see that. He grinned.

“Chardonnay’s quite the cook. All of the culinary professors love her.”

“Hmmmm? I’m not a good cook. Can I try to eat something of yours sometime? Please? I want to know how great it is!” The little blonde bounced up and down in her spot and Chad had to hide a laugh behind his hand and disguise it with a cough.

“Hey, speaking of which, I’ve never tried anything of the great Chardonnay Nicholas’s either.” He pointed out. “Care to indulge, or do you only cook under certain circumstances?”

While being in the spotlight definitely appealed to Chardonnay's better nature since she always wanted to be the center of attention, or at least the one getting all the recognition at some place, she still felt that performing was a waste of a talent. Couldn't be too hard to act like someone else, right, even if the role was 'important', but besides that why would anyone want to do that? To act like someone else and not yourself? That was where the fakeness of people came in, something Chardonnay couldn't stand.

"Right," she spoke with the slight roll of her eyes. Her attention was quickly brought back to Chad as he spoke, his words of praise making her smile, albeit very proudly, but a smile nonetheless. See, someone else recognized her talent and saw how important she was because of it and how well she was at it, and it wasn't one of her teachers, so even he had enough sense to know!

But as the blonde girl started to bounce around, she didn't know whether to judge that as an annoyance, or just out right pity for the girl because of her childish attitude. Poor thing. She shook her head with a sigh before looking back at Chad, smirking as she shrugged her shoulders. "I normally only cook for myself or just certain circumstances. But... There is this little 'tasting thing' or what ever they call it the culinary students are doing later on in the week to show their creations to people. It's not an entire meal or anything, just a sampling. You two should come."

Now, Chardonnay definitely was not one to invite people to things, mostly because she wasn't one of the most approachable people and she didn't have really any friends at the school, but she figured that this might just be an opportunity to show off a little more. The girl obviously seemed easily impressed, and Chad seemed more than happy to throw compliments her way, so why not have them come? If anything it would probably be even more of an ego boost that she was already expecting to have by other people coming to the event and complimenting her food. Yes, this could probably work in her favor. "I will have the best plate there, but it'll only be a little taste of what I can do."

Aw. She was pretty with that genuine, pride filled smile on her face. Pretty like all kinds of other girls Chad had met and seen, of course, but pretty nevertheless.

Or do you just leave it out?” Just leaving it out sounded a little gross to Shyanne, so she assumed that the cooks would be with the food. When the other guy spoke up, Shyanne turned towards him, her lips pressed in a kissy face, and fingers twirling a strand of her hair. She examined his bags briefly before her eyes flickered up to his face.

“Uhmmmmm, yeah, we are. Why, you like, go there too? What’s your name? I’ve never seen you before!”

While that bit was a bit annoying to the girl, it did serve as more of a purpose for her to hear more compliments about herself and her cooking, so it wasn't all that bad.

She looked to Shyanne then, nodding her head. "Of course we stand by the food. How else would everyone know who made it? And no, we don't just 'leave it out'. That's disgusting, and completely irrational." How could that question even be asked? To think they wouldn't be by the food, not making sure that nothing happened to it, while also making sure that no one else breathed all over it. Ugh, just thinking about it made a shiver run down Chardonnay's spine.

When the other guy came into their conversation, the only thing Chardonnay could even look at was that hideous flannel shirt her was wearing. Oh God, someone who didn't know how to dress himself... "That outfit is horrendous," she spit out to him, narrowing her eyes as she furrowed he brows. "Ew, who dressed you?"

You talk yourself up so much, you must be good.” Chad said with a shrug, watching as the dude came over. He noticed that the guy was mainly focused on talking to Shyanne, and rose his eyebrows in humor. However it was Chardonnay’s comment that actually got him laughing, clasping his hands over his stomach as he admitted she was right. The guy looked like a total loser! The laughter was all lighthearted and in mirth but it was cruel laughter. Chad didn’t much care—he wasn’t very nice to those of lesser status than him.

“He looks like he just waltzed out of a thrift store.” He said, having to snort again. “It’s hilariously hideous, though, you gotta admit, Chardonnay!”

When Chardonnay said they’d be with the food, Shyanne nodded. “Good, because if they didn’t that’d be really gross.”

Shyanne flipped her hair behind her shoulder and sneered at Benjamin, her nosed scrunched up like a rabbit. All traces of prior confusion and indecisiveness about how she'd treat this guy were gone-- Chad and Chardonnay had both expressed dislike. Therefore, she quickly jumped onto the bandwagon. His shirt was totally ugly, anyway. They were right.

“Okay, okay, I got your name. Now what? Are you, like, trying to get to know me or something? Puh-lease, I am so out of your league. You totally just needed the map, right? Then go away.” She narrowed her eyes again, “And my name is Shyanne. You’ll definitely hear it again, and when I’m famous, you can say you had the luck of meeting me.”

"Ugh, people these days." When he left Chardonnay turned her attention back to the two she had previously been talking to, very happy to hear that they had had the same opinions about the boy as she had. At least they had sense, so maybe these two weren't so bad. At least they understood what looked good and what didn't, and didn't take too kindly to people lower on the social class scale than them. "I can't believe he was even allowed in this mall. He should be banned until he figures out how to dress himself."

Shyanne was not rich and the amount was way more than she had at the moment, but was not going to back down of her attitude since the other two didn’t like him still. Shyanne huffed and rolled her eyes at Chardonnay’s comment. “He dresses like a hobo! They should have said he looked too poor to come in! Like, what the heck!”

Chardonnay snorted and crossed her arms, shaking her head a bit at Chad's reply. Well, if he wanted to feel special about being invited to this thing, then fine, let him be like that. It was kind of funny to be honest, and not in a sarcastic funny way. "Well you should feel honored. This might be one of the only times you try my food, so you better enjoy it." She gave a little half shrug before she smirked, the facial expression quickly falling as the other boy came back to them, obviously heated about what she had said before. When the boy walked off again, she laughed again before turning back to the others, agreeing with that Shyanne had said. "Hmph, he should be kicked out just because he thinks that's a lot of money. Please. How pathetic."

She’d buy all of the things in the store that she wanted and wouldn’t have to deal with reaching her debit card’s limit. She wished her parents gave her a credit card instead! Then she could buy everything.

Once Benjamin left Shyanne scoffed.

“It’s not like he was impressive at all. Like, he didn’t even look rich. Maybe that was just something, like, typed out on notepad to look, like, rich and stuff. And he thought that number would be impressive.”

“Well then he’s totally stupid! Only person that would impress is someone who’s poor.” Chad snickered, grinning over at Chardonnay. “Hell, I could spend that much money this afternoon and my father wouldn’t’ even bat an eyelash, that’s how little that amount is.”

"Of course I'm going to cook elsewhere. As soon as my father retires, I'll take over the restaurant." She shrugged, the idea bringing a smirk to her lips. Ahh yes, taking over her fathers restaurant and turning it into something of her own was her end goal in life. Sure, she'd keep some of the things that he continued to keep and do with the restaurant if only to keep up this 'empire' he had created, but there was no way she would run it the same way he was. Sure, he was still making loads from it everyday, though in her mind she was convinced that they could earn so much more if it wasn't such a pansy and gave out handouts and discounts to people. "And it'll be even better than it is now, so there is no assuming that it'll be good because there is nothing to assume. My cooking is amazing. Period."

She snorted a bit. "So long as you can afford to eat at the restaurant, then you'll be able to have more of my food."

Chardonnay listened to the two banter on about the guy who, for what ever reason, thought he was rich, a little laugh coming from her mouth. "What he showed was just a little bit of pocket change. Actually, that was probably why he was dressed so terribly; he couldn't afford to actually buy decent clothes! That poor idiot; I actually feel a little pity for him. Something must obviously be wrong with him if he thought that was a large amount of money."
