Name: Calvin Ernest Powell
Age and Birthday: Forever 19. February 18th 1966
Occupation: Ghost
Appearance: Waiflike and spectral, as any ghost should be.
When Calvin does substantiate, he is as he died - a pale, somber failure of an nineteen-year-old.
It is rare that he develops any color to his image, is normally seen as a blur or simply not seen at all.
Personality: A quiet and neutral spirit, his only driving resolve is to transition from the tormented demise he suffered and find peace away from the curse of Metric that his father imposed upon him and his sister at such an early age. He is friendly, but only to those who feel genuine and kind. He does not reveal himself to just anyone as it takes a great deal of effort and energy to substantiate in to visibility.
It is more likely for him to leave ghost writing for the public - in fact his main pastime being inscribing clues in to the many books of Metric's library during the middle of the night. He is drawn to music being played and lingers about the performance halls when practices are being held. Though in life he was never allowed to attend Metric, he now has the whole school to explore and survey in his afterlife.

Backstory: The decades of the afterlife haven't brightened the normal disposition of Calvin in the slightest. As a child, Calvin was a ball of energy. He loved his pot and pans drum kit, he admired his father's artistry and emulated it but it was never enough. If he couldn't get in to Metric, he didn't amount to anything. His father did everything in his power to make this known - and after countless rejections Calvin grew less and less confident in his art and in himself. He became reclusive, delving in to his parents collection of books and distancing himself from his increasingly unhinged father. That year living in the Powell household was very tense to say the least. Calvin did what he could to stay on the sidelines of things as his parents' marriage began to visibly dissolve, his father spending most of his time in the basement and his sister secluding herself in the garage - focused in her dancing practices in the hopes to get an acceptance to make her father proud.
The death of Calvin Powell at the hands of his father delayed any hopes to pass on from the earthly realm. His spirit was trapped and his body was improperly buried along with his mother and sister. He roams the campus of Metric, normally keeping close to the administration buildings as well as the tree where his father finally hung himself. Sometimes, when the mood catches him, Calvin will get interested in a particular person and begin to follow them around. He does this mainly to the faculty but there has been an occasion where he will spook a student who is out too late at night, in an attempt to guide them to his decomposed body hidden away.
