Lynn Harriet Goodwin
Age: 21
Birthday: July 28th
Class: Sophomore
Major: Visual Arts with focus on Portraiture and Photo Realism
Appearance:
Brunette hair in a cut short, bangs falling to the side of her face. Her eyes are a dull green hue.
Her rectangular face often does not portray an expression, unless she is at an extreme level of emotion.
She keeps a slender and average build, her arms slightly toned with her drawing activities.
Personality:
Lynn tends to distance herself from new relationships, reliant on her sister and very rarely letting others in. She is very protective of her sister and is wary of those who want to get close to her - only stepping off if Leanna says so. Her trust issues stem from her experience in foster care, always hesitant to meet halfway when a friendship or relationship is presented. She will let her guard down for strangers only when she is in the process of drawing them, finding this the best way to find comfort in crowds. She often only has confidence when she is matching her sister's - when alone she does not like to be approached, especially when in the midst of drawing. Due to the fact that she is unlikely to feel close to anyone aside from her loved ones and has not found either gender sexually attractive, Lynn has come to the conclusion that she is asexual.
Backstory:
Since taken from their birth parents at age 2 and placed into foster care, Lynn built up a barrier around her and her sister. The six years were spent in constant question and observation, which inspired Lynn to sketch all she saw. The years of practiced worked in her favor, her drawings more and more intricate and realistic. By the time she was 8, Lynn was hesitant to be parted from the abject freedom that she'd found in foster care and also from the strong bond with her sister. Being adopted by Glenn and Harold Goodwin, was a blessing in disguise, though, since she learned to accept love from their adoptive fathers - especially Glenn's. She found a contentedness that she grew accustomed to, staying in her bubble, appreciative of the space that Harold and Glenn allowed. Though school was a bit of trouble socially for her, it was when she realized her love for drawing people - sitting in the crowded cafeterias and just catching and transcribing face after face in the sketchbooks she would just breeze through. Lynn had sharpened her skill to such a fine point that Metric Arts did not hardly think twice about accepting her - or her sister, who had become equally adept at sculpture. As long as she had Leanna, she knew she would do wonders in the new environment.
